State
This capstone calculates a weak acid–strong base titration's pH at four distinct stages, showing that each stage draws on a different single tool already built — a weak-acid ICE table, Henderson-Hasselbalch, and a strong-base excess calculation — rather than one formula covering the whole curve.
Watch for
Applying Henderson-Hasselbalch at the equivalence point itself, where no acetic acid remains to form a ratio, or applying the pure weak-acid ICE table past equivalence, where a strong base now dominates, produces answers with no chemical meaning.
