A claim is falsifiable when some possible observation would show it to be false.
Show
"Rewarded behavior increases in frequency" is falsifiable — a reward followed by less behavior would refute it.
Watch for
Falsifiable does not mean false. It means the claim has told you in advance what would defeat it.
